Prestige Builds [REVAMP]

Once again we're recruiting for Prestige Builds.

We're revamping our services thread and portfolio in a few weeks and are recruiting ahead of time so that we're prepared to go.

Timeframes
You will be required to participate in a Skype Group Chat, or be available for a minimum of 1 hour per day. When commissions are actively being dealt out between members you'll be required to allocate nearly all of your free time (up to 25+ hours a week) towards completing commissions and taking part in team projects.

Payment
Builders will earn 92.5% of every commission they work on. The 7.5% is to cover graphics, server costs, renders and other items for the team as a whole.

If multiple people are assigned to a project, the commission will be split evenly. This is decided among the builders themselves and the Head Architects.

Why?
Prestige Builds is seen as a high quality and effective team. We have numerous vouches, many different areas of expertise and friendly builders. Of course then there's the great opportunity to work with like minded, skilled individuals who will be pushed by their ambitions to display their skill sets and advance in the area of building.

Majority of our jobs are commissions, not selling pre-made items. This means higher payouts, more frequently. Our "team" costs are rather low compared to that of equivalent build teams.

For almost 3 months during the summer, our queue was fully booked.

Requirements/Restrictions

• You must have a portfolio
• You must have proof of your portfolio (PMC or otherwise)
• Your portfolio must display skill, innovation or otherwise High Quality Architecture and or terraforming in a variety of styles and layouts
• You must have Skype
• You must be active throughout the duration of being a member of the team
• All projects will be built on our private server
• You must be able to communicate and engage well with other architects and clients
• As you'll be representing PB, you must show a degree of professionalism
• You may be given a trial to complete on your own LAN server/SinglePlayer
• Payments through PayPal

Anything on this or?

We feel your portfolio is a bit weak regarding architecture and actual structures. The commissions for PB will be mainly architectural stuff (non terraforming) and it's a bit lacking in some of the screens and doesn't seem to be a whole lot of variety in our opinions.

What previous teams were you a member of? : Voltair Realms, Arkan Builds, (Built many more spawns personally for my network)
What area of building do you specialize in (Architecture, Organics, Terraforming)? : Terraforming, Architecture.
