Thank you I really enjoy the kind wordsInfinatix. However its HM04 's choice to decide. I really hope I get the job too as I dedicated SO MUCH time into this application, and I'm planning to dedicate even more time into PrevailPots. :)
See, your application is clearly copied and pasted from another servers staff recruitment. I'm gonna have to deny.

Why you want to be staff:

I feel I should be chosen as a staff member because I am very mature and also have alot of experience. I will not ever abuse my power. I also think I can do a great job banning hackers, muting spammers, etc. I am a very friendly person and nice to be around so I will be nice to all of the owners, developers, staff members and the players. I will do a great job if given the opportunity and I will definitely not let anybody down.I try my best to bring 100% joyfulness to the whole community by doing what needs to be done and not being bias towards any player/staff. Also i would like to think i am a good 'mineman pvper' as the cool kids of the year would say so i feel that would help a lot if we had a pvper hacker on our hands. I have dealt with many problematic players before, developed methods and ideas to prevent cheaters, and overall gained a detailed sense of what the staff positions entail. This is due to my skill in player versus player combat. After dueling many players, I gained a general sense of what is hacks and what isn't. I want to become staff because I think the server has a lot more potential and with all these 'hacking groups' thinking they are being funny when actually they are ruining the Minecraft community even more it would be a dream to get them off Privail and keep it a non-hacking community to keep the players happy.

Past HCF/Practice Experience:

I have owned a few of my own servers, but they have not had too much luck getting players therefore shutting down due to lack of funds.I was a moderator on my friends server around a year ago which I would swerve to as being a 'experience of a staff members'. However I have been staff on a couple servers that others on the network may know that are 'sharppvp' and 'kpvp' one being a HCF server (sharp) and the other being a soup teams and kit server (kpvp). I was first helper on kpvp where I held my position as helper for only a month until the server was taken down due to financial issues. Then I was also staff on sharppvp where I held my position as helper for a day, the reason being the server was taken down by our own dev. Finally I became Helper on a 50+ faction server where I gained MOD after 2 weeks, the server became very toxic and less and less players were playing so I decided to resign and I'm pretty sure the server is dead.

Screensharing Experience:

With my staff experiences I would say I am very knowledgeable in the screensharing department due to the amount of times I have done this process!

Strengths and Unique Qualities:

Basically the idea of being a ‘staff member’ varies from person to person, for most people the only reason for being a staff member is to catch hackers and stop spammers which to be fair is an important part of the job, but to me there are quite a few other things which are as important if not more important. You also have to be attentive and assertive to the chat as this is where most of the abuse takes place whether it be player abuse or staff abuse, if you do not pay attention to the conversations going on you don't have much clue on how to act towards the situation which is unfolding in front of you and you may punish the wrong person, and for me helping people, is what i love too do. This is why i feel I feel like that my job for Trial-Moderator is to socialise and help with players that need assistance and to record every ban I would proceed in. Also to help the community in teamspeak as fast as possible to keep players motivated and so they can trust the staff team to be reliable in the future.

Thanks for reading my application, be sure to leave any kind of critism!

How many players are expected to be on the server and who were the staff members picked?
We have around 4 youtubers who will be uploading a series starting opening day. So we are expecting a good amount, no specific number :p We currently have a full staff team, we are just looking for one more, we are still looking, and your application is still open :)

My IGN (In Game Name) is current Verbz.

I am turning 16 within a weeks time and am very excited for my birthday to come :).

Why you want to be staff:

Over the past year and a half I have been involved in the minecraft community, I have discovered the one thing I enjoy more than anything is being a staff member. I love the atmposhere a staff member is surrounded with, the way in which he/she is treated and the role in which a staff member must take upon to moderator and co-operate with the community around it. It has always been a desire of mine, and in my opinion, I find myself to be a very efficient staff member as to my previous feedback and my noticed capabilities by others.
I am here, applying on PrevailPots for a staff rank, as I see the project has great potential. I have reviewed all the information you have disclosed and the way that it is described engages me to read on in awe more information about it. As I was reading, it sparked to me how much potential the server has and how great it looked, so I figured I may apply for staff. I have previously not been as busy as usual, so I figured I could use something to do as to why I am here applying for a staff rank. I think think PrevailPots will burst with players in the community, and I would love to be a part of that community as a staff member.
There are not many practicepvp servers out there now, apart from the big ones (Kohi, badlion ect..), and then I noticed your post on mc-market on how previalpots would be releasing. Instantly I thought on how I could contribute to the network, or on how I could be a part of this network, and due to my past, my mind engaged on the factors of writing an application to become part of the network. I feel I would love to apply to become a staff member on prevail as it is one of many little practicepvp servers releasing, and one with a great potential as of what it seems.
I don't know what, but something is telling me prevail is very much suited for me. I think I have the experience to become a staff member on prevail. I also think I would enjoy my time there as a staff member if accepted, I mean, who wouldn't? The videos on it looked epic and I can't wait for the release, staff or not! :)

divider_1.gif

Past HCF/Practice Experience:
I have previously owned a HCF server, but due to me at the time not having enough motivation to update the server, I closed it down, despite its 10-20 player basis.
PvPingMC was a recent server I had been taken as Head-Administrator on. The server basis around 100-200 players all the time, and I had been the head-admin for a long time. After a while, I felt the server owner was unprofessional, scamming others and treating others with the disrespect that a prisoner would be treated with, I decided to resign on my place. I was then banned from the network for the reason 'Okay, bye' by the owner, proving his immaturity and lack of professionalism. I do not regret leaving them, however, I had a great experience whilst I was there. The server secluded of two factions servers and a practicepvp server, on which I was always the first to record, screen-share and ban players all the time. I learnt a lot about practicepvp at that stage, and learnt on how to adapt to the communities highs and lows, as if I'm being honest, I witnessed a lot of cussing and 'raging' within the game mode. It also caused a lot more tension in comparison to other game modes due to the fact a lot of players were hackusating against others, causing a lot of havoc in chat. Over my time in Pvping, I learn on how to control the havoc in chat, and I guess I could say adapted to the community yet.
As of HCF, I haven't found a good server for it yet, prone to the reason I am coming here today and applying, as I feel this will be a good HCF. I must admit, in all honestly I lack experience in HCF compared to factions, in staff terms, but It's pretty much the same, It's just I haven't moderated on many other servers that have HCF.
(play.pvpingmc.org)
Other than that, I haven't been staff on many big HCF servers, apart from maybe the odd 5 small ones, which I do not feel the need to state of. I feel as if joining prevail will be a good kickstart into my HCF staffing, and all get me used to the different staff mechanism better HCF and practicepvp.

Screensharing Experience:
I have previously had a lot of screensharing experience, both in join.me and in Skype. I don't think it is necessary for me to regulate you on my techniques of screensharing, as it asks for experience, not on a how-to guide, however, I can promise you that I know how to efficiently screenshare a member of the community.
Often when I have screenshared in the past, players have hidden a lot of things. I am normally the first on the case to crack down where the players have hidden their 'hacked clients' and am on the case to bust. Normally, I manage to talk it out of them If they have used a hacked client, minimising the ban.
Overall, within the screensharing segments and principles, I think I have a good understanding based on how to screenshare a player and what to do. I have done it plenty of times, and think I would be well equipped to the job to screenshare a member of the community if there is the need to.
I have previously often communicated with the member using teamspeak and join.me while screensharing a player, and talk to them soothly while screensharing them.

divider_1.gif

Strengths and Unique Qualities:

If something goes wrong with the servers, or a bug is found, I can promise I will most likely always be first on the case, or first to discover it. I am normally one of the first people to report it to a higher member of staff so the issue may be resolved :)

Usually, some staff members can be quite aggressive with their members. I find that I am a friendly guy, and when It comes to the community, I love to bond with the server members! Even if I were to be screensharing someone that were supposedly hacking, I'de still be very joyful and welcoming to the member!

I usually help out in chat most of the time. If a member asks a question, or is confused about one of the server rules, I'm first to the case, helping the member out and explaining to them the answer of their question, resolving the issue. I find this to be a real big strength as it resolves many issues and evades players on the server thinking of staff as being 'bad'.

I am a fairly active person. I think this is a very important factor into becoming a staff member, as if you are barely on, you cannot cooperate to do your job. I compare it to not turning up to work. I am usually on 2-6 hours per day, no matter what, even if I may not attend using PC, I will always find a way to come a server! After all, I love what I do as I've most likely said multiple times and I would hate to not do what I love :).

I can often be the guy to crank the server up to the next level on teamspeak with my jokes and communication with players. If someone has made a public channel and I'm not busy, I'de love to hop in there and cause some banter with the community! I love the idea of a staff member bonding with the community, and I feel people disregard that fact a lot today, and just focus on doing their main job.

I think that I can be the man to get the job done. While talking to the members of the community is fun, you must balance out your job with the time you spend with the community. As-well as bonding with players, I think it is important you still get what is needed to be done, and I can do that ;).

In general, I think I have the right potential and experience to moderate Previal. I think I can prove to you that I am the right man for the job, and I will do my job correctly. I think I have a keen eye for moderating, and that it is one of my best skills, in all areas, not just community, but teamspeak and the forums. I am avid to check what the players think and am always active on the forums! I make sure nobody is evading the server rules, however in the nicest way possible whilst still inflicting the essential punishments that I have been regarded to do. I think that I can control a chat well, as-well as moderator players gameplay, making life fun for everyone, not just me.
unfortunately, words cannot explain everything at the stage of time we are at. I feel as if, on top of all I have mentioned, I have a lot more to offer towards you and your network, especially it being based around pvp, my favourite genre in minecraft! Thank you so much for your time, and I really hoped you enjoyed reading my spoilers about some of the contributions I may be able to propose to bringing to you :)
