As you may see on a recurring basis, any member who wishes to upload links has gone (in majority) through the “I upload three useless threads” phase.
I strongly believe the staff-team to be fit for they’re job, and that they do a fantastic job at warning those people... however, it’s just a waste of time for everyone! Here are pros and cons to implement this:

Pros:
  • Will completely wipe out spam. Spam only creates threads as of now. Haven’t seen one in ages too so pretty weak pro.
  • Will completely remove any sort of thread spams in any sort of category by members, limiting the amount of alerts
Cons:
  • They can just reply a random useless message on someone’s else thread. However we all know how MC-Market’s community hates trash posters so it’ll definitely be reported 90% of all times. Here you go staff, making your life easier.
  • May prevent newer members from posting their actual thread. However it’s not 50 messages... it’s 3. I strongly believe any professional individual would not bash useless content on other’s threads.
Hopes we can have a good debat,
Bests,
- Ghast

As you’ve pointed out with your pros and cons, this will just shift the low quality postings from their own threads to someone else’s thread. You claim this will increase the report rate of these posts, as if it’s a good thing, but doesn’t that mean we’ve made it bother more people? And I fail to see how that makes the staff team’s life easier.
Moreover, a thread in the introductions section is the most recommended place for new users to get their three posts, or at least one of them. We would need the custom software for restricting this to allow forum whitelisting.

You only have two listed pros, and you confess that your first one is very weak.
The second one is actually wrong. It won’t completely stop thread spam from members, it’ll only stop thread spam from users with under three posts. It is not difficult at all to acquire three posts. Nor is three posts, assuming that the user attempts to get them all through thread creation, an outrageous number of threads. We would not even consider it to be spam at that point, just low quality posting.

Conclusion: I see no obvious or significant benefit from spending MCM’s resources on this. In fact, it may even prove to worsen the situation for the staff team, dissuade the new users from trying to join the site’s community, and irritate our other users by forcing the low quality posting into their threads.
