Previous Name tagging.

So I had a thought when I could not tag 34010 I was thinking his name was @Pita still. So I thought what if I tag @Pita and it comes up with a thing showing @Pita's new name and automatically changes it, and if there are multiple people with that name before it brings a little list. Just a thought

I feel like that'd be loads of unneeded work to implement, especially since it's got very little use.
