This is a towny server, an OP peaceful towny server, with a many tweaks. It uses factions plugin, but 'heavily modified'. It's a peaceful survival server, with no PvP throughout the whole server, only in the designated area. There's no griefing bases, but if they don't claim their land, you can pretty much go ahead.

Shop is categorised into what items they are, food, mob drops, minerals etc. Also, auction house is there, just will remove it due to it being a premium plugin, configs are kept. Also, there's a gui shop. /warp shop is for looking for something fast and specific.
This is towny, why not use towny?:
I think that factions is ten times better than the towny plugin, and I managed to modify it heavily, giving you the opportunity and chance to manage what goes on with your land, from mob spawning to animals, to firespread and friendly fire! You can ally other factions/towns etc, and allow them to build.
This will be an exclusive setup. All builds are custom and done by me. Please give legit and reasonable price appraisals, not $5 and stuff as this took AGES to make and the builds are exclusive. I just can't afford to run a server at the moment, so I'm deciding to sell it. It will only be used by you and no other! Post below and I will organise a test server and PM you it, if you want to test it out.
