Lol sure bud. There is the one free one which is leaked called HCFStuff. The others like vhcf cost alot of $. Mine is going to be relatively cheap and constantly updated adding more features... Im planning on making mine 2.99$

A core does not have Koths, usually a separate plugin is made for it.

Actually, not true at all. By definition a core is what you need for an HCF server to run, hence the name "core." It should include koths and the only optional portion is factions because there usually isn't a reason to add a custom factions to a core. Also, most cores include koths.
