I need a developer to add one enchant to a custom enchant plugin. It's pretty simple. Anybody know how much it would cost?

Depends on how well the plugin was coded, I have a custom enchantment plugin that makes doing this take under a minute.
EDIT: Like to the level you don't even need to know how to code.
