Price for website

How much would it cost to make an automated server hosting website? I am currently thinking of starting a small business and want a clean easy to use. Mobile support is a must. Pages needed:
Home Page - News section, Twitter feed, Information
Market - Shop for shared hosting
Staff - Shows current staff mc head, business email, and rank
Ticket system - Sales and support
Anything else needed

• 25 servers 10 euro per month,
• 50 servers 19 euro per month,
• 100 servers 40 euro per month.

I wouldn't suggest you starting MC Hosting unless you have thousands to invest, it's too saturated.

Professional web development costs a lot, especially for a large project such as this. It could end of costing you a couple grand at least.

Well I guess in that case I could have a close friend do it for $60 He has done many sites in the past that will suit my needs

Well, you get what you pay for. You better be gettin one hell of a discount or else in the end you'll be getting one hell of a waste of time.
