This is a realistic survival setup. It includes a lot of real life features. What about diseases(more info: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/disease.3911/)? Or a temperature system. All that things are possible with this setup!
With this setup you are almost ready to go. The only thing it doesn't have is a world! You will need to build a spawn and maybe create a shop etc. Also, some messages still include the name of my old server(RedstoneMC) so you will need to change that too.

UPDATE: The setup is updated to 1.12! It can't run on any other version, but it will support 1.9 and higher because of protocol support.
