Price of a generic country domain? (ie. minecraft.fr)

What are the prices to be paid for domains like minecraft.co.uk, minecraft.fr, minecraft.de?

I'm looking to grab one of those, just thinking if we're looking more at 5k$ mark or more like 500k$ mark

How are they running since 2010 then? I see .fr, .pl, .de, they even run their own servers under the domains lol
