Price of custom chat plugin?

Currently no looking for one but how much would a plugin be with custo chats as in
e.g
/createchat 'name'
/createchat 'donators only chat'
/createchat 'staff only chat'
/chatlist 'list of all chats available'
/f leavechat 'type cha name'

Essentials might be needed as specific ranked people can go to specific instead of having to be in on huge chat they can have seperate chats.
So what would be the price of it? Not buying currently just wondering peice info

Its not very hard to make a simple ranks plugin. He didnt specify and features but a ranks plugin.

Orrr, you could just copy the code from PermissionsEx and bam give me $30. xD
