Price Suggestions Please

Hello Mc-market Members,

I've been working on a hub project for the past few weeks with my assistant manager and we couldn't decide on a price for the build when it is 100% complete. So we came to Mc-market to ask for your opinion on what the price should be.

The build is over 200x200 blocks big and once the build is fully done we are making a halloween theme, x-mas theme along with the summer theme to go with the build before it is sold. It will also have 4 extra rooms for voting, staff, etc...
