Haha, sorry about that, didn't see it was advertising. Most youtubers on here aren't english youtubers if that's what you're looking for. I'd recommend searching through channels that fit your description and try contacting them via email or twitter.

Nope, try and search for what gamemode you want and do most recent videos. Should give you people who are actively posting.

EDIT: You could also try and offer a partnership with a bigger youtuber. They would be the "Owner" which would allow them to get more views, and get more players for your server. A win win
