Pricing/Opinions?

Hey MCM community!
I'm a trailer editor and I'm fairly small in the Minecraft editing community. I have done very little work and I'm curious how to get a few more orders and gain reputation. One thing that bugs me is when people come to me asking for a trailer, however when they realise my prices they just end up aborting the order.
I would like to do a quick survey and see what people think of my work that I have done so far. My current prices are $15 for each 30 seconds.

Here are a few questions I would like you to answer:
• What prices do you think my work should have?
• What are your opinions of my work?
• Would you buy from me based off my previous commissions?
• How would you compare me to other editors here on MCM?

Thanks I do already have pricing (thanks for reminding me to put it in the post) but it may go vary based on what results I receive from this thread.

Man, oh man. That trailer is really impressive. One of the best I've seen actually! Of course charging by the hour is a great way to go and is very important. Time is money. Length of the trailer is another good way to price, like you have been. But for the kind of quality that trailer has though, you could get some high pricing going. You must remember that anyone starting out no matter how talented must start with lower prices. As you get more and more experience and orders, people will want you. And with that many people wanting you, you would want to raise prices to get more out of it. For now $7-15 per 30 seconds would be great to start with. If this really takes off though, I would make it higher.

Gotta agree with this, a lot of people here aren't that great with putting a value to work but I'd say well over $40 at least.
A good way to price it would be to think how many hours each one takes and charge yourself based on that. Don't go under minimum wage, so let's say they take 8 hours on average for a 2 minute video, american minimum wage is $7.25 I believe? I'd personally charge more than minimum wage, so $8.5 x 8 = $68

Don't sell yourself short, the trailer looks amazing and not everyone will accept that price but that doesn't mean no one will x)
Regarding your work though, I really like your style, I think it's more unique than previous trailers I've seen. Very smooth and very easy on the eyes (except maybe the text is a lil small, but I got bad eyesight so xD). Really high quality stuff, the transitions are really nicely done as well. Good job and good luck selling

Thanks for the kind words The time it takes for me to work on it doesn't concern me as I am still fairly young and I have all the time in the world, I'd honestly rather base my prices on quality/length of the actual video itself, although I may take your point into consideration. Thanks for the suggestion/advice though

Much better then ender in my opinion I really love them 50+ but people here are cheap so you will get more clients if you set the price to 25
