Are we talking a couple of hundred bucks or thousands?
To be all written in custom code with all their features?

Preferably with a nodejs, and express or react backend

Might find it more suitable to pay someone hourly on a contract type of employment (maybe even permantently for maintenance). If I were you, I'd definitely make them sign a contract too just to make sure they deliver. Finally, I wouldn't touch anyone on this market unless they have a minimum of 15-20 rep and a very good portfolio.

There's a guy on this section of the forums who's made a lunar.gg copy I think (not carbon copy, but similar). If I can find him I'll edit the post and tag him for you!
