Vouch for Prime! Worked as a sales rep previously, and friends with previous owners.

Few Questions:
How are you the first service team if you were founded not even a year ago? There are multiple on this site that have existed for much longer

Why are you on 4.0? That would typically mean the 1.0-3.0 failed?
Sorry about the delay, Prime was founded in July of 2017 as stated on the thread by Cal (Me), Landon and Neek. Prime 1.0 performed underwhelming, however that was when the concept of a service team was in it's infancy and the public was largely unfamiliar with the idea. Luckily for us, that only lasted until approximately September of 2017, when Prime entered it's V2 with a much more professional website and the current branding which performed outstandingly, becoming the largest team at the time. Prime was then sold to Abigail in late December of 2017 where it struggled. We come to now where the current (and original) management team, Cal, Religion and Jacob Nang took the Prime back in order to settle the debt Abigail had on Prime. This makes it Prime's 4th version. At no point would we consider Prime failing, of course initially it was no where near the scale it is today. However that is to be expected in an idea in it's infancy. If you have any further questions about the history of Prime, we can gladly answer them in our discord server.

I have to say that you weren’t the first team. First teams were Minecript, Jenkins and such. Whislt I worked at prime the flux of commission was kind of low, there was too much staff for not enough commissions. I have to say for the organisation everything was flawless, clean. But for the 5% only for sales reps I think you will go downhill. I’d recommend minimum 7,5%.
Best regards.

I would recommend narrowing out some of the inconsistencies with the capitalization of prime in your thread, some places use prime and some use Prime.

I'm a little confused, why are roles such as Graphic Designers, "Trailer Makers", and Web Developers paid off of commission? Seems like you're trying to get them to provide content for free lol.

You're relatively new to the market, so let me explain what service teams are.

People come to a service team to buy, let's say Graphics.
Client pays the Service Team $15 for a logo, and a freelancer that works at the service team makes the logo.
The freelancer is paid 85% commission for completing that commission. It isn't "content for free", it's commission. You do work, and are paid x% for it.

Nice explanation. I understand what commission means, for some reason I just couldn't put two and two together.

You pretty much lose a few dollars or so, to earn more commissions.
