Hi, my name is Ash, well known as Flash and my partner Michel, who's known as Executiion. We are the owners of our new upcoming server named "Prime Network." Our main gamemode as of now is Factions, and we plan to expand and increase the size of our server(s) in the near future if everything works out as planned. For now, we plan to start with Factions and maintain a stable and giving community.

Positions:

Owner: The main goal as Owners is to be unique, we will try to be active with our community, taking their suggestions, and most importantly doing the behind the scenes work that well, help run the server. Such as advertising, paying the bills, adding plugins, managing staff, etc.

Staff Leadership: Same jobs as Admins only they help Me and Executiion do apps.
Admins: They're expected to help with whatever tasks they are given, they are expected to do what Moderators already do including extra tasks as well as to communicate well and appropriately with the community.
Moderators: They are expected to help maintain a clean community with also recording the hackers they may find to keep proof to appropriately keep them banned. Moderators are what can represent our server in the best of ways.
Extra info:
This isn't a normal immature staff server we're starting, all staff are expected to be high quality, the amount of work you put into the app, or even perhaps you put into the server, now that'll show us you want the position, and that you want to be part of a successful server. How are you going to get a playerbase and maintain it? What's unique about your server? Why should we join your server?

I'm investing a lot of my time into fixing glitches and bugs, till further notice I won't be spending much money on YouTubers (I already have 2 currently), I still want to get a good amount of players though till I fully release it. Most things in our server are custom, started out as plugins, then we either created a new one or heavily modified it to the point you wouldn't notice it's not custom. You should join our server because I / the staff team strive to meet everyone in our community and be as active as possible with it, me especially I love to communicate and do my best to be what the server / players need me to be.
