Prime Hardcore - Requesting Developer [Hardcore Factions]

Hi there, I run a Minecraft Server named Prime Hardcore. We're looking for a few new developers to work for our team.

I've had some bad experiences with developers in the past, and therefore I'm going to be careful with whom I hire.

Requirements
In order to be hired, you need to have the following requirements:​

• Experience with databases (Mongo, MySQL, Redis, etc.)​
• Fluent in Java, and know the bukkit API.​
• Worked for large servers or networks.​
• Understand the concept of Hardcore Factions (as I don't have time to explain it a million times).​
• Ability to use external APIs.​
• Have good practice/proper name conventions.​
• Easy to work with/good communication.​
• Have teamspeak and skype.​
• Have a microphone.​
• Website development or design [OPTIONAL]​

Payment
I've got a decent budget to spend on plugins, as I do think a good, quality server requires high quality plugins. However, I'm not looking to overpay.

Small Projects - $10 - $50
Medium Projects - $50 - $100
Larger Projects - $100 - $1,000

An example of a small project would be a subclaims/officer chest plugin, an example of a medium would be a coins plugin, and an example of a large plugin is our own core or events system.

Some people are trying to help you. If you keep turning them down, which you do because there are plenty of people who contact you PM or over skype. Give people a chance, don't just reject someone, actually try.

I understand, but there's only been about 5 people max contact me, either failing to provide previous work, or just in general the person I'd like to hire.

I've not turned any more than 2 or 3 people down, and the rest just don't provide work.

Stop hating on Rydan and pressuring him to pick someone. Its his fucking server ffs, I'm sure I would like to choose someone who has experience and is actually good over someone who charges the same and is shit. (Not saying anyone that is contacting him is shit)

No one is pressuring him, this thread is constantly being bumped yet there are developers contacting him that are beyond eligible for this job, but he doesn't see it the point of us posting on this thread is to HELP him see it, he's looking for developers publicly, therefore we are helping him.

they dont have to fucking play your shitty server all they have to do is code plugins for you is not like they are gonna be on ur server 24/7 like a moderator. You sir have turned down some of the best developers on here, in which are all nice, expirienced, etc, your just being a little bitch about who you want to choose.

Where does "playing my server" have an effect on this? I've declined people for OTHER REASONS, such as not being experienced enough. I've declined 2 people due to reasons. One was that the person wasn't experienced in HCF & wasn't native English.

The other wasn't really declined, just more the fact that I was waiting on other people, then they come and trash talk on my thread.

Also best is a very strong word to use.
