Prime Staffing hacked, clients/staff contact us (NEW UPDATE)

To everyone who is confused as to what happened with Prime Staffing.
Somehow someone used the bot to kick everyone and delete all of the channels.
The person goes by the name Farmer John on discord, I've looked at the audit logs and I have no idea how he hacked the bot or was able to give himself Owner rank, all members were kicked; Prime Staffing is officially down.

We will be back soon, expect to our return.
We're working on figuring out how this happened and how this user managed to take control of the bot.

ALL WE KNOW
Is that Farmer John is a friend of Random and was able to clone our discord a few weeks ago... Random is a bot developer who recently scammed us (Scam Report open and pending)..


UPDATE (9/30/2018):
Random had a backdoor set up that allowed him to take control of the bot.

UPDATE (10/3/2018):
We're not completely sure, but there is a chance Random may have been secretly hosting the bot on his computer as well.

UPDATE (10/11/2018):
If everything goes to plan, Prime Staffing should be officially released on October 13th! There is no specific time set, but a thread will be released when we release!

Oh, I thought I got kicked for asking the Support Manager a question, I checked like an hour later to see that I was removed from the discord. What timing, and how immature of the two.

He claims to have a freelancer in your server that can take it down so limit your freelancer permissions and have people watching channels at all time. We also did a few other things such as:
- Reset our bot token
- Removed all invites
- Removed all tickets with no replies
this should also help to protect your server :)

Shoutout to Dectom as he assisted in coming up with that checklist :D

Why are you hiding your discord? Also, he and Farmer John are always in the discord together.
