PrimeMC is a server network of 2 gamemodes (soon to be three!) - prison & skyblock owned by myself and kill_da_trolls. Our amazing manager,Alphavoids has recently announced his resignation due to IRL issues and lack of time, so we are looking for some kinda replacement for him.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who can manage/run PrimeMC. We need someone who is willing to manage our community, staff team and server.
Your role will include:
Attending to server issues
Attending to server gameplay bugs and working with developers to ensure there are no issues.
Attending staff meetings and managing the existing staff team.
Assisting in plugin configurations and server setups.
Handling admin/staff tasks.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
Experience with server administration, managing large communities.
Decent experience with ubuntu and managing servers. (We also have a sys-admin, so you'd just need to know the basics.)
Must be committed, motivated, and dedicated (at least 2-4 hours daily, exceptions can be made.)
Strong work ethic
Good communication skills and grammar.
Must also be willing to be part of the server community, by being actively involved on our website/forums and communicating with players in game.
Must be able to handle frustration
Must be willing to learn new things
NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Bukkit, and Java development
14+ years old.
EST timezone or not too far away.
PAYMENT
Payment will depend on skill level, commitment, and server profits. We will offer $200-500/month.
