I am starting a Hytale factions server, I'm currently trying to put together a team to help get the server out and running smoothly.
I'm looking for a community manager to help organize the team, delegate tasks, create a culture of respect, responsibility and integrity.
This is not a paid position, but I will be working alongside the manager and the team. I do not want this to be a source of stress and I am willing to work with busy schedules.
