Hello! Prism will soon be re-establishing our service team, and, admittedly our performance was poor before we fell inactive.
I am seeking a team who have great experience within service teams, along with management experience.
The current roles we are hiring are:
Customer Service and Sales Manager (Prism Service Team)
Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Service and Sales Manager to lead our customer service and sales department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.
To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service and/or sales position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Payment will be distributed through PayPal on a weekly basis. There will be a base payment of 5$ per week, along with any sales rep cuts you make. If you make less than 5$ per week on a sales rep cut, your base payment will be reduced to the amount you made in sales rep cuts for that week. Sales rep cut is 10% of each commission.
If we feel that your performance is poor, you will be subjected to a 3 day improvement period where we will closely observe your performance and finally make a decision to remove you or keep you.

- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
