Prison Builds

Hello MC-Market,

I am beginning research into a new project and I'm looking to price up some builds for it. I will be looking for the following:

• A spawn with space for the usual (crates, NPCs, info area etc.) between 150x150 and 200x200
  
• 12 mines (around 50x50 with detailing)
• Possibly a pvp arena, depending on the quote

All of the above will be following a dark/demonic theme.

Please note:
- Ideally I would prefer to work with independent builders, not service teams
- I am looking towards a more affordable price range (ideally between $75-175 but this is negotiable)
