Prison Core Plugin

Hey guys, I am currently looking for someone to make me a prison core. The following points are going to show my interests.

- Rank system (editable within config)
- Pickaxe System (Able to work with enchant system, counts blocks and enchants, Pickaxes upgradable with dust and mining exp)
- Enchant System (5 Enchants, ill detail on what they should be, able to be upgraded with -Stars-
- 2nd Economy to upgrade pickaxes (called Stars)
- Prestige system (editable within config)
- Prison mine system (or atleast able to have the core coinside with one of the prison mine plugins)
- Pets [Or atleeast have pets compatable]
- Autosell [Or atleast make it able to be compatable with the plugin of some sort]
- Plots [/plot top feature] (Consisting of plot value from resources: EX. Sponge, End Portals and Bedrock)
- Able to be compatable with crate plugins, and completely configurable.

And also a lot of these features you want like plots you can just get plotsquared all prison servers use that plugin
