Prison/Faction/Skyblock server

Hello,

As the title says, I'm looking to buy a Prison/Faction/Skyblock server. Ideally, it would have a small playerbase (5+) and some custom features. Obviously price would depend which server you were selling.
The main thing for me, is that it is exclusive. As soon as the files are in multiple peoples' hands, it loses its value dramatically in my eyes.
Apologies as this is a bit vague, I don't have a definite budget, but I'd be willing to pay anything from $100-1000 depending on the quality, playerbase, gamemode etc.

EDIT: To clarify, I'm not looking to purchase a Network (although if you had one to sell I'd look into it, but would expect more than a 5 playerbase). I'm looking for EITHER Prison OR Skyblock OR Factions
