Prison + Factions Developer (experienced)

Hey! So as the title says. I am looking for a faction and prison server developer.
I am a YouTuber with over 30,000 subscribers and was wanting to really open a server for my subscribers.

I'm taking a year off from school and I'm really wanting to expand and hopefully make YouTube and the server my fulltime job. I am currently making a lot from youtube, however owning a server would possibly help a lot more and prove to everyone that I can make a living off this.

I want someone who is experienced, professional when it comes to this. Yes... People have seen prison servers. But have they seen prisons with factions, cells, guards, police? Not many prison servers have that. I have so many ideas that I could go through with you. However, a lot of the plugins have to be custom made.

Just letting you most people will just do some fancy work with the Citizens plugin for the guards/police, factions in prisons is already a thing and its called Gangs on most servers.
