I'm wondering how much a prison map would cost to build ?

It would have to have.

5 prison wards complete with cells,mines,food farms,wood farms and shops.

5 donator areas with cells,and a mine.

And the rest of the prison map like spawn ect...

Depends on the quality. If you want a decent full setup; mines, pvp, spawn, plots/cells and jail, farms, and pvp, etc. it would take you well over $150
