There is bedrock under that hut or roof judging from the 1st and 3rd image.
So your selling an unfinished build for that much?

1.The wall is copy and pasted. ( most prison mines are )
2. The bedrock is the whole for the mining area. ( Its a prison mine )
3. It is finished

My opnion is $10 BIN is too much for this, it looks pretty simple... (copy pasted walls etc). I recommend you to set BIN to $4-$6 max. But thats just my opnion , ive just done a lot of mines. GLWS anyways !
