Did you see it said "Quick Build" and that it's only worth $2.50? Also, it was hand built and I'm not the best hand-terrain builder. I'm trying to sell stuff that will get me money that will make my server popular, so if you're going to reply, give me some respectful feedback.
The only reason you guys are hating is because you know that you have no talent at building like Zoxeh there who put effort and time into that build, so you decide to try and make yourself look cool by just criticizing builders much greater than yourselves!
The fact is, it looks like it's been done on Mineplex.
So if you're going to tell me my builds have no value, up your skills too.
Oh, and also. No one is perfect.

To summarize everything people have said, this isn't specifically a bad build. The problem is that most server owners and other clients would also be capable of doing this, so it is unlikely they will buy it from you.
However, since that won't get you anywhere, I've got a few tips to start you off to making mines that will sell.
First off, don't use clay as a base block. Making all-clay mines work is extremely tricky, and it will often look worse than if you had made it with mostly non-clay blocks. I recommend starting off with a stone base, then using //naturalize when finished and replacing that set of materials with a mix
Second, see if you can get a server (either rented or locally hosted, if at all possible) so you can use Voxelsniper. Also look up some tutorials. voxelsniper commands list
Third, consider practicality. What does the average prison-server owner want from a prisonmine? They want them to all look unique (in most cases), and preferably a design that is different from those of all other prisonmines out there.
fourth: use some form of structure and/or organics as well as terrain. this makes the mine look a lot more interesting.
fifth: since the implementation of barrierblocks in 1.8, it is no longer neccesary to have such high walls. instead, make them just high enough that players can't look over them even from a distance, and use barriers to block the way out. Or make them as high as you feel like, just don't go quite as far as this.
Final: think up different themes per mine. Make one mine a moonbase, the next a small castle being besieged, the next an erupting volcano, or place one on a small island in the middle of a hurricane. Stay creative. That way, your mines will be truly unique.

This is so quick, that when the car passed by, I died. Worth every cent I found under my couch. Maybe mangoes taste good. Idc, good base build for money I find under my couch eh?
Guys honestly stop hating, remmember you were once also not so good at building and probbably no one hated on you, so why hate on him?? He has put time and effort into making a few dollars and you guys just trash him in everyway. However, i do suggest maybe adding some trees or something Would make it look nice !
