You can make an PayPal very easy. You do NOT need to link you bank.credit card to recieve money. Also, if you have recieved money, you can then spend that money without using your bank or anything!

No, sorry I didn't mean it that way. It's just I hate TF2. But yeah setting up a Paypal is free. And you can accept payments without having a card or bank account connected. You're balance is the PayPal credit. Good luck!
