Prison mines ($1000) (Requesting)

So I am looking for 40 high quality prison mines, and am looking to pay in total $1000. Of course, this is negotiable as usual. This accounts to $25/mine, which as it's in bulk is a very good price.

I will be expecting to see a portfolio.

I am only looking for very high quality, so please don't contact me if you're 'just' a good builder.

I have no deadline for this, but we can discuss this on skype.

Would you take mines in small amounts as well, at the same price? There is no way I can do 40 high-quality in any reasonable amount of time, but I can manage 5 or so.

Even if he is, no one is able to make HQ prison mines in 7 mins. It would take at least 40 minutes from the top builders.
