I'm looking for someone/build team who can build 26 prison mines measuring 75x75. I'd like them to be:

• Detailed
• 75x75 (Relatively Large)
• Themed with things such as terrain with mines in the middle.
• Glass dome roof
• Built in flat world.

Your budget is a little bit low. A detailed, themed, 75x75 mine typically sells for $15-$25. A more realistic budget would be $400+

Hence the negotiation, i'd be willing to downscale to reduce price and even pay more should it meet my requirements.

That is 3 $ a mine, that will get you the rotopaste walls with block 10 high. It's great to hire people that do it for 75$ but they are also the people with barely any ratings. If you want your server to look professional save up and hire more experienced builders. Else I would recommend do some vouch mines from the new guys before hiring them.
