Well setup with no bugs or hiccups.

Tos:

I will not go first unless you have more rep than me.
We can use a MM but you will have to pay the fee.
If I buy your server the files must not be public or unexclusive, only exclusive to you and the server.
Once bought you are not allowed to interfere with the server or edit anything to your liking.

I have ocd when it comes to names sorry, the domain is the name of the server I should be proud of, so if I dont like the name I wont be proud of owning it.
