the cell plugin would work with world gaurd and world edit so what wel will have to do is just select the area inside the cell and make it a region and then we want to put up a sign where we just type

once they rent it i want them to be able to renew there rent whenever without extending it i dont want someone who has a crap ton of money to just rent it for life so lets says they rented it and its been a min or hour they can right click it and it would renew the cell so how ever long its been that they can renew their rent thats all they will have to pay
also i want it to be so it removes their cell once they move on to the next ward in my prison server we have it like e4>e3>e2>e1>d4 you get it, it goes all the way up to a1 and then we have 20 prestige so they have a cell in e ward and they are in e1 but they rank up i want it to take away their cell and i walso want it to remove all of their stuff in the cell
also i will be having my donors having 2 cells one in their donor wards so lets say (this is a random rank name) a player has the rank warlord and thats a rank that has their own donor cell ward then they would be able to rent that cell and still be renting the cell in the regular wards so all they would have to do is /home cell (this is the cell that is in the regular ward)
then /home donor (this is the donor cell)

i need permissions so only e3 d3 c3 b3 & a3 can get cell all the ranks except the 4's cant get a cell so i need permissions so they cant get one so here are some
cell.* (gives me every single permission)
cell.create (for admins so they can create cells when im not on yes this includes the sign)
cell.rent (rents cell)
cell.buy (this is special for my beta testers as i promised a perm cell where they do not have to pay rent)
cell.kick (for this its for admins lets admit it sometimes they make mistakes and accidentally ban or temp ban a player longer then their rent is due and another player takes it so we want to be able to do /cell kick (players name)
cell.2 (this will allow donors to have their cells in their donor ward and their cells in the wards)

ok so for the config i want it so i can edit the message it would give you when you rent a cell
so the default message would be
[Cell] Enjoy your new cell!
but i want to edit it considering i will be using this for multiple servers i also want color codes to work on it [minecraft color codes]
so i could edit it and have it be like
&8[&bHurricane&aPrison&8] >> &7Have fun with your cell create a shop make it a storage its yours
or have it say what ever i want when they buy a cell
AND IT ALL MUST BE ABLE TO CHANGE IN THE CONFIG
