Prison Plugins

Hello, I am buying right now 3-7 plugins/plugin-add-ons.
NOTE: Will go in more detail if needed once contacted

#1 Prestige (OPEN)
- When a player reaches rank Z and have the specified amount of money, players can type /prestige and get a second prefix before their rank. (5 prestiges, runs a command upon completing /prestige)

#2 Fly (OPEN)
- I want the permission nodes (fly.plot) and (fly.all) so players are able to fly in their plot world, plus they are able to fly in the regular prison world. (Will specify full world names once contacted) [Using multiverse]

#3 Non-Pay (OPEN)
- I want a permission node that will disable players to pay the certain rank, or cannot run the /pay command (Using PEX)
- EX - I want anyone in group A not able to receive payments from other players
- EX - I want anyone in group Z not able to pay others

#4 Undead Wither Skeleton (CLOSED)
- Players can talk to Griffith (a wither skeleton) which will go through a 1 chat dialogue, the players can then click [YES] or [NO] to open the trade screen. This screen is like the villager screen which you can trade 10 wither skeleton heads for 4 different trades with custom enchantments on chain armor (protection 15, breaking 10)
