PRISON SERVER | 1.20+ | Looking for Server Partner

Greetings!

The Name's Miro, I'm 17 years old and from Switzerland.
I've been doing work for servers (& created some that sadly never released - just dreamed too big) for 6 years now.

Today I'm seeking a partner that would be willing to do a prison server with me. Before you continue reading: I am looking for someone that has both Money & Experience

What I bring to the table

• Coral Prison Core ($500 Prison Core, currently the best Prison Core on the market, coded by AbyssDev)
• Pickaxe Skin Models (5x, Premade)
• Numerous of other plugins necessary to create a good server (Pets, Suits/Armors, Economy, Booster & more plugins, most of them by AbyssDev -> Compatible with CoralPrisons)
• Configuration Experience (Freelanced for ~6 months, did it for like 2 years before for my own servers & friends
• A small budget (yes, this is a negative point but I think it's important to get this point on here too. I want to try and keep the costs of this project as low as possible)
• Not a lot of time (again, something negative. I focus a lot on school, therefore I usually don't have 3+ hours a day for configuring).

What you bring to the table

• Experience in either building, configuration or coding
• Politeness and maturity (not looking for someone toxic. I would not describe myself as "very mature" or anything, just want someone that I can talk with on a somewhat serious basis).
• A budget (not huge, but there's always cost that can come up and since I'd be contributing plugins worth hundreds, it would be cool to find someone that can pay for hosting etc. ~$200+ I guess for multiple months. We don't need an overkill machine, especially if we spend some time configuring the server first).

This does not sound like a good idea - Why would I even give you a chance?
I'm looking for someone that is in a similar situation as mine. Not a lot of time, not willing to spend thousands but has a passion for minecraft.We can take this slow.
Regarding Profit splits: I'd be glad to make the money of the prison core back, so I'd want 50% till I made my $500 back. After that, I can go to as low as 20%. All of this is negotiatable, so feel free to contact me.
