Let me clarify what it means when a plugin is licensed such as the one that you are trying to sell. Authors of these plugins have rights as their own to create it and own the code. If you don't follow these rules, I don't have to either so I am allowed to duplicate your whole server, right? No, your server is owned by you and I am legally not allowed to straight up copy your server.
The same thing applies to your plugin. Even if you found the leaked version, you and the person who leaked it both violated the license that you can not distribute the plugin. The meaning of "distributing" is giving to another person or business entity that the product was not originally requested for.
You may think that this is just a game, but in general it's not. You can get it major trouble for violating a license such as that one. Nobody may ever notice that it happened, but if the developer finds out, you will be fined lots of money and even in severe cases taken to court. Not only this, you can be banned from various networks such as these.
The only way to renew this license is by repurchasing the license or getting permission from the developer and calling it a day. This is the type of things that you need to invest for, and you can't just purchase the fake versions. As a developer, I feel that this is unjust to the person who put sweat and tears into developing a nice plugin for the community to use.
I am not trying to cause problems, I am just simply trying to remind you of issues that may cause because you were trying to sell a twenty dollar server.

Not sure if this is already a rule, but there should be a rule appended that states that users are not allowed to resell a server that includes premium plugins without listing where they got it from. They also have to say that in order to use the plugins, they must purchase the plugin licenses that were listed.
