Prison Server Color Scheme

I need a set of colors for the messages of my upcoming modern prison server. Any input is appreciated

1. A main color for the plugin name/prefix.
2. A secondary color for the text.
3. A tertiary color for data, placeholders and other purposes.

Must stand out from plain text messages, and not too difficult to read (eg. black)

Secondary: &b
Tertiary: &8 or &7 (I like &7 better)

I just can't seem to match those colors up with a prison server

Bit confused with what ya mean... are you meaning like the more cheery colors don't work for prison servers?
