Prison server Letters ranks+Staff ranks help

so I'll try to explain best I can I have a prison server and I will need staff but I want them to be able to play and staff but I don't know how to have it so that they will have staff perms and will be able to rank up through the mines.

Same as normal they just dont get the * perm and you put in the perms you want them to have, its quite easy

Most rankup plugins allow this. Aswell as also have their own placeholder for it.
