Prison Server OR Factions

Hello,

I am currently looking for a prison or a factions server to purchase. I do not want a network, I only one an individual server.

Requirements :
PB : Atleast 10 people on at all times, and 30+ at peak.
Discord : Must have over 75 members online and over 200 in total (Offline + Online)
Server Pt 1 : Must be fully setup and has had one release prior to sale
Server Pt 2 : Must have atleast 100 in sales
Server Pt 3 : A staff team is not 100% needed
Server Pt 4 : I need access to all of the files, IP ownership, Buycraft ownership, and discord ownership.
Server Pt. 5 : The server needs to have a unique appeal (I must think so)

You will need to provide a base price aswell
