Prison Server Partner

Looking for Partners​

Hello fellow members of MC-Market. I am the owner & founder of Syco MC. A hardcore/OG minecraft prison server. The server is currently at a steady playerbase of roughly 10 players within 2 weeks of opening. I am currently looking for a second partner to help run alongside me manage the server. Please note, Syco is not and will never become a network. Although I may start separate servers Syco will always be standalone.

Requirements

• Extensive server management knowledge
• An interest in non-op prison servers.
• 15+ years old
• Can devote at least 20 hours a week into the server
• Is somewhat familiar with advertising
  
• Has a trustworthy MC-Market account

Payment
Currently, I will not be paying anyone who would like to run the server beside me, reason being is that the server is extremely new, being only 2-3 weeks old. Although we have a steady fund of donations nearly all of the donations has or is going back into the server, wether it's for custom plugins or advertisement.

What is exactly you need on why you need of a Partner?

Why? Because school is starting again soon and I wont be able to manage it fully by myself.

I need you to be able to work alongside me maintaining the server, which is doing everything.

Why would I need reputation, I'm the one looking for partners.
If you think I am un-trustworthy I can prove to you I own the server, etc...

What would the Partner do? Might be a little interested.

Everything a normal server owner would do, except you will work alongside me.
