I Kind of agree. If you want a smaller one it could be cheaper.

For a quality prison spawn the cost will start at $100.00 USD and go up to $1,000+

I totally agree with this. Prison servers cost a lot to build/setup.

I am saying for a build team such as @Aminoque almost any good and professional build team will charge a minimum of $100.00 just for the spawn and the mines will cost a additional $5.00 - $25.00 each. I believe for a good prison build setup $500 - $1000 is not bad if you want to get a large spawn with details and everything you want. If you dont want that you can make a quick spawn and be cheap by doing (//hsphere 1,1,1,89 30) But it will not look good at all xD
