Prison Server

Hello! Today I am requesting to buy a prison server. I want the server to have -

- All configs setups.
- Custom mines.
- Server can be over powered or non over powered.
- Clean chat and a clean join message.
- No player base needed.
- No graphics needed.
- No name or domain required.
- Spawn that is not downloaded, does not need to be custom built by a build team.
- At least 1 custom plugin.

The server does not have to meet all these requirements, this can be negotiated on Skype.

Any graphics? If so please include them in the pm.
Picture of the spawn. Is the spawn custom?
