The Spawn is Decorated and Nice
The Only mine that are done
are A-O (From What he Showed me)
so i believe Before you tell its A-Z make sure your done with it
Also never showed me the other warps
I have not seen the configured plugins
and
Permissions are decent
Except for a few Mines

Tried to mine
No permissions and only 1 layer so i believe thats not finish
When i was trying to break a block it said No permission
But he destroyed it in /v
Which gave it away it wasnt ready
