Prison Setup

Hello everyone,
I am looking for someone to make me a prison setup. The person who is making it doesnt have to be a developer just has to have good ideas ill provide the dev you just give him the ideas and he will code it.

The setup should be clean, optimized and unqiue. I want someone who is experienced with prison and making setups. Someone who has worked for bigger servers would be great.

Budget: Maximum I would be willing to spend in total on prisons is around $2,000 this includes builds, development etc. So that would be your budget.
