I payed him for a prison setup, he told me for a week straight that we was working on my server when in reality he wasn't. So i disputed the claim and now that he's lost the money i payed him he started to message me saying that we will finally start doing it. it taken him another 3 days after and on he sent it me i received a remade plugins folder that he brought and a spawn that was world edited in 15 minutes.

I've asked for a refund and he keeps making different excuses, one minute he says the money is for his new eclipse prison, then its for his grandmother now its is grandfather -.-
