Hi, My name is Aurelions today I guess I'm pitching this spawn to you guys.
I built this spawn for a server which they then decided they didn't need a spawn. So I've decided to sell it here
So the spawn comes with a spawn area with 3 corridors leading off.
The main corridor contains 2 message boards, a crate area and a room which you can change (currently a library) and also a small mine with a lot of details.

So the reason behind having so much customizing options is the owner of the server requested a lot of room for him to put stuff so that explains that.
