Imo, he's used a bit much w/e, and personally i think the builder could have used all that flat space a bit more efficiently and added in a bit more detail like some smaller structures, make the main structure a little less Symmetrical, and add a bit more Structural Integrity, another thing i can see in the build is the walls, they lack the detail they could have had, instead of continuously repeating the same design the builder could have had something in there to break the build up a bit and he could have took the time to add detail to the corners so it suited the rest of the build seeing as the rest of the wall is a standard design.
Please pass this onto your builder, as I am just trying to help expand his knowledge and give him some advice.

What? This is basic stuff, I'm not even trying to be rude. We need some proof otherwise this could have just been a spawn downloaded from another server or something similar.

But you have no proof that you're even allowed to sell it - you could easily scam potential buyers.
After seeing how defensive you are of giving us proof, I'm sure you've scared half of the potential buyers away.

I'm too lazy to give proof unless I am talking to someone who is actually interested. If you want info and proof just pm me.

It's better to give it out publicly so nobody has to even bother to PM you - you should be doing more work than the client.
