I am looking to buy a good quality prison spawn for a decent price. I would want a quality spawn for $15-$30. I know it isn't a lot, but I don't need a giant spawn just at minimum 30x30 with 2 portals and 2 entrances to different areas. If you would like to know more message me for my skype.

Basically i made this awhile ago. obviously not a lot of interest in it. $30 and it's yours. unique and never been used on a server.200x200 ... Basically a steal for that price but I dont really think i'll have a window to sell so it's up to u XD.

Highly doubt this is yours if yours selling it for that price. That's like a $80+ build right there.

I can get proof of other builders to vouch, our server owner can verify, coreprotect data, idk, whatever you want because I built it. It was a commission that i did almost half a year ago and the buyer backed out. I've realized that after trying to find potential buyers its just not there. if i dont sell i make $0 for it. I'm at the point that if any interest in a prison spawn then just take it. i'd rather sell it for cheap than not sell it at all. I posted a forum post about selling it awhile ago anyway. Should've sold it then but I didn't and now i have to take a lower price, but hey that's the risk i decided to take.[DOUBLEPOST=1419615699,1419615569][/DOUBLEPOST]

Refer to my response to @Minefield Network. also it was a $200 commission. But the buyer backed out. If i dont sell it it becomes a $0 commission, so I'm just trying to make something off of it.
