Prison Spawn

Hey MCM, looking for a builder to make me just a smallish prison spawn I will include details below. Yes, my budget is low so I am not expecting anything large or too amazing but something that is decent and not too small.

Looking for a floating island with a 25 / 50 high block person swinging a pickaxe and when they holding the pickaxe it's pointing 30 degrees into the sky a little. There will also be a small mine with a spawn point, no crates, no cells, no PVP arena just this little build!

Payments
- Not going first (unless you got good rep and vouches + it will be a 50/50 then)
- Only serious people and no know trying to go higher than my budget
- Want updates on the builds so I know none of its stolen and so I can tell you what I like

How I want it built
First I want you to build the floating island and it will start of with a little spawn then a bridge will lead over to like a 40x40 island, (spawn island will be like a 15x15). Once you done that I just want you to build a mine that is a 20x20 mine, then some nice surroundings around the mine. Then you can work on the big miner person and know where to place it etc, but send updates on all of this please. (no theme really apart from like a spooky / cave theme)
